Wings Ministry offers an approach to spirituality that brings
together the everyday experience of the individual and spirituality
as it is lived out in the home, in the workplace, in the community
and in the world. Presentations are tailored to the needs of
people who work – whether that work is done in the home
or outside it, paid or unpaid. It is the mission of Butterfly
Wings Ministry to invite women and men of faith to step back
and look again at the ordinary stuff of their lives and, in
the looking, to find their God. |

Vinal is a published poet and Spiritual Director. Her present
position as Pastoral Associate at St. Raphael Parish in Oshkosh,
WI, includes Adult Faith Formation, Pastoral Care, Women's Spirituality,
Ecumenical Dialogue, Spiritual Direction, Preaching and Writing.
She has worked as an Administrative Assistant in an international
law firm, as Pastoral Associate and Director of Liturgy in a
large suburban parish outside of Chicago and as Director of
Ministry Initiatives at St. Peter's Church in the Loop in downtown
Chicago.
She has served as adjunct faculty at Mundelein Seminary, University
of St. Mary of the Lake, in Mundelein, IL, and currently teaches
Sacramental Theology and Lay Presiding as part of the Green
Bay Diocesan Lay Ministry Formation Program at Silver Lake College
in Wisconsin. She is also a member of the Green Bay Diocesan
Association of Pastoral Associates..
She has served as Vice-President and President of the Glen Ellyn,
IL, Ministerial Association and until recently St. Mary Magdalene
Parish Ministerial Representative to the Chain ‘O Lakes
Ministerial Association in Waupaca, WI. She is also a member
of Spiritual Directors International and the National Association
of Lay Ministry.
She has presented parish and diocesan workshops in Illinois,
Wisconsin and Minnesota and parish missions in Virginia, Florida,
Kentucky and other parishes in and around the Midwest. She is
also a member of the Secular Franciscan Order and Spiritual
Assistant to a community in Appleton, WI.
Vinal is married and the mother of two adult children. She and
her husband reside in Mid-Wisconsin. |
